Refund Policy

We hope you love your We Are Marbella candle as much as we loved creating it. Each piece is hand-poured with care, and every order is carefully checked before shipping.

However, if you are not completely satisfied, please see below for our returns and refund terms.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the candle is:

  • Unused and in its original packaging.

  • In the same condition you received it.

Please contact us at hello@wearemarbella.com before returning any item so we can assist you and provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

  • We do not refund shipping costs.

  • Returns are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your candle arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll replace or refund it right away.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on candles that have been lit or used, or on gift cards and sale items.
